Kaneroka Matsumoto Tea Farm produces this black tea that is smoked using wood from Japanese whisky barrels. The smokiness of the tea is similar to lapsang souchong, but lighter and with slight fruit notes. The wood comes from the award-winning Ichiro Distillery in Tokyo.
