Traditional tieguanyin are oxidized around 40-50% and roasted to anywhere from 30-40%. This is a more modern style tieguanyin, oxidized to 10-20% with no roast, giving it a beautiful green color and a natural aroma and taste. The finish provides a mouth cooling effect, making it a great choice to drinking during warm weather months.
