2025 ECHOLS
Echols is a sun dried black tea blend made from Yunnan large leaf varietal that is typically destined to become raw Puer. Herbaceous aromas, maybe you'll detect a note of catnip or something else in the mint family. Stout body and ever so slightly savory, not a typical sweet black tea affair. Recommend brewing this gongfu to extract maximum nuance, thought it's been a great big teapot companion for morning dimsum too.
 
2024 SUNSKATE
Sunskate was oxidized very lightly, so much so that we could probably refer to it as a strange oolong instead of a black tea. The goal was to leave room for further aging and oxidation in the coming years, but it's a beautiful tea fresh as well. Made from material usually destined for raw Puer production, Sunskate has a syrupy thick body with bright aromas uncommon in a black tea.
