Old arbor sun dried white tea from Yunnan sent to Fujian province in 2024 to be hand charcoal roasted in the Wuyi mountains by veteran yancha oolong makers. Engaging fragrances abound, with a milk chocolate and marzipan sweetness. Sturdy and enduring with an incredible aromatic profile. We love our charcoal roasted white teas. They tiptoe into unknown spaces of tea aromatics and flavor and Jonia is a simply lovely example.
