Zhilan Xiang, or "Orchid Fragrance," is an archetypal floral fragrance cultivar when it comes to the world of dancong oolong. A lighter roast than other dancong, the flavors and fragrances are so clean and clearly expressed that it's become one of our favorites. When enjoyed in a gongfu session, you can fully explore the various stonefruit and mineral notes both on the nose and in the cup. The intense sweetness remains steep after steep, and it's a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish.
