A fantastic fukamushicha (deep steamed tea) full of savory flavor and aroma. Founder Noboru Furuichi began the business of selling tea from his bicycle just after the end of WWII in 1948. At the time there were few tea finishing factories, and Furuichi wanted better tea, so he made the decision to open his own factory. The family business was incorporated in 1992, with President Shoji Furuichi continuing his father's legacy in providing the best Japanese tea from Chiran Village in Kagoshima.
