Janiform is a blend of material that's been aged in Menghai storage prior to pressing. The brew has a feeling of rich salinity that leaves a wake of sweetness. The last vestiges of freshness float above the aromatics with a turn into honey huigan. Highly recommend trying it sooner rather than later, since this blend would be difficult to recreate.
