Old arbor sun-dried white tea from Yunnan sent to a smokehouse in Tongmuguan village in Fujian to be pine smoked by a veteran Lapsang smoker. The three day smoking process occurs at temperatures from 212 F to 240 F in an old-style Lapsang smokehouse. Medicinal sweetness and charred herbal aromas. Complex and engaging from start to finish.
