2022 FLEET SHOU

In 2022, white2tea pressed a series of small batch shou blends that incorporated experimental, lighter ferment styles of shou puerh with the intent to age them before release. These teas are now being released after 4 years of aging in Guangzhou storage. This will not be a traditional puerh experience, as they incorporate more character, nuance, and raw puerh characteristic than most shou puerh.
 
2022 Fleet operates somewhere in between raw and ripe, with a significant amount of very light ferment material that showcases the original raw characteristics. Notes of stone fruit and berry tarts, pastries dusted with cocoa powder, and long lingering huigan (returning sweetness), a rare feature of this shou.
