Stored in dry/natural conditions in Fujian from 2014-2018, this baicha (white tea) is considered to be Shoumei grade white tea. The soothing body of this tea is smooth and light, with fragrances that range from cinnamon to clover honey. This tea can be prepared in a variety of ways with excellent results. Gongfu-style brewing will yield a lighter colored soup and boiling will produce a thick red soup. It's versatility makes it fantastic for drinking now or aging for later.
